Olfactory hallucinations…

Okay, didn’t expect this. But apparently there is such a thing as “olfactory hallucinations.” Early on in the disease you start to smell stuff that ain’t there. Your nose is just trippin’! For about a year before I got diagnosed I thought I was always smelling fresh cut grass.

Now today things smell like fresh cut wood, sawdust. Checked the attic, nothing burning; checked the airconditioner, nuthin’ smokin’ there either…

So I check out “funny smells and Parkinson’s” and find out its part of the syndrome… trippy!
